It will answer the everyday questions about the clinic, so the team can stay with the animals.
We start with the first clinic that asks for it.
What it will do
- It will answer on the website chat, WhatsApp and email about the clinic: opening hours, address and parking, services, indicative prices and what to bring to a first visit.
- It will take a booking request and pass it to the clinic.
- It will answer at night and during consultations too.
Indicative price
400 lei set-up, one time
249 lei/month for website chat and email
+100 lei/month for WhatsApp, plus the cost of WhatsApp messages at the provider’s price

No VAT is added to the prices: GROMA SRL is not registered for VAT.
What it will NOT do
The assistant will not replace the vet and will not comment on an animal’s health.
- It will give no medical advice.
- It will make no diagnoses.
- It will recommend no doses or medicines.
- For any question about an animal’s health it will answer that the vet must be contacted. In emergencies it will show the clinic’s phone number and say to call immediately.
- The conversations will belong to the clinic, in line with GDPR, and the client will know they are talking to an automated assistant.
